The language of the Ordos ghost city The 2012 Miss World Finals were held in Ordos city. Ordos is known for its abundant infrastructure, which are rarely used by the residents, making it almost a ghost town. The city is plagued with water problems. The reason why many people don’t live there is because it is hard to convince them to move to the town.
