Freelang Maori-English dictionary

Maori, or Te reo in Maori, is a co-official language of New Zealand together with English. It is the language of the Maori people, the first inhabitants of New Zealand. There are about 160,000 speakers and there are efforts to protect and revive the language, but it still endangered. Maori is an Eastern Polynesian language, like Rarotongan and Tahitian.
