Basically, the same principles of use apply:

The word lists are copyrighted and remain the property of their authors. Therefore, they must not be considered to be in the public domain.
The Freelang dictionary is provided as is, without any warranty. Freelang being a collective project sustained by volunteers, neither the authors or Freelang can be held responsible in case of errors or omissions in the word lists.
Use of the dictionary represents acceptance of our terms of use.
