The Kazakh language will be added to Google Translate by the end of 2013. Google Translate is a popular translation program that can be found online. It is used by thousands of people all over the world. For the project to be successful, Kazakh speakers have to supply Google with Kazakh words and texts, which have to be uploaded into Google’s system. These have to be high quality texts which have exact translations from either English or Russian into Kazakh. [...] |
Kazakh is a Turkic language spoken by nearly 10 million people in Kazakhstan, but also in China (2 million speakers), Russia (560,000 speakers), Mongolia and other countries. Kazakh language is closely related to Nogai and Karakalpak.
