Freelang's Translation Help Service : Terms of Service

- When filling in the form, you must provide a valid email address.
- All requests are limited to 800 characters and must be sent through the form we provide. Longer requests can be split between several translators.
- Please do not send the same request (same text, to be translated into the same language) to several translators.
- It is a translation HELP service, you have to explain what your problem is, as you would in real life when asking someone for help, and not only submit a text to translate.
- The translators are willing to help you for free, they don't ask for anything in return but simple politeness and gratitude. When they reply to you, please write back to thank them.
- If you send a request and get no answer after three days, you may contact another translator. If you can't wait three days, you can contact another translator but you must contact the first translator again and tell her/him you cancel your request.
- The translators do not have to translate all the requests they receive.
- This service is not to be used by companies, commercial requests will not be taken.
- The translators can help students (just as teachers would do), but they will not do their homework.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the translators or Freelang be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the presence of mistakes in the translations.
