Balochi (or Baluchi, Baloci or Baluci) is spoken in Balochistan, but also in Pakistan (where it is one of the nine official languages), eastern Iran and southern Afghanistan. There are about 8 million speakers. It is a Northwestern Iranian language, closely related to Kurdish.
